If you're in New York on 18th November, come along and support Doctors Without Borders/Medecins San Frontieres. I'll be discussing a new collection of writing and photography (which includes work by Martin Amis, Daniel Day Lewis, Danny Boyle, Ali Smith, DBC Pierre and others) Writers on the Edge: Great Contemporary Writers on the Frontlines of Crisis, with novelist Damon Galgut and award-winning photographer Tom Craig.
